If your Portknox Cloud shows you "security or setup warnings" and we can't fix them within 30 days, you'll get your Cloud for free for a year.
Nextcloud has an overview page in the admin settings where security or setup problems are displayed. You can access it by opening the menu at the top right and then clicking on "Administration settings". The check will then start and should show you this:
If you see a warning or an error instead of the green tick and "All checks passed", you can let us know via the support form. If we cannot solve the problem within 30 days, you will receive your Cloud for one year free of charge.
