Migration ownCloud v8 - v8.1 - Released

We started with tests for the new version. Soon new customers will get version 8.1 (New installation are always easier than upgrades):

• With ownCloud Version 8.1 we will update to new app versions of Notes, News and Tasks. DONE
• All clouds need to be on the latest upgradeable version (v 8.0.5) DONE
  
• Security & Setup Warnings appear but its set correct (Github Bug) Not a Blocker
• Some Apps will be flagged as experimental. (Github Bug) Not a Blocker
