If you use your Portknox Nextcloud for your business and you process data or save data on our servers from third parties you maybe need to do a contract with us.

Our Data Processing Agreement contract gives you therefore legal security. Our internal process are always based on principle of data reduction and data economy as well as high security.

If you want to sign a Data Processing Agreement with us, follow this steps:

• Request the contract via our support form. This can happen informal, important is your Portknox ID.
• Print the contract and sign it.
