Count everyone who needs their own login – whether they actively upload files or just need access to shared folders, calendars, or documents.

• Single (1 user): Just you – ideal for personal backups, syncing devices, or solo freelance work.
• Multi (5–10 users): Your core team – perfect for small agencies, startups, or families sharing files and calendars.
• Professional (10–50 users): Your whole department or company – for teams that need more storage, priority support, and room to grow.

Tip: Start with what you need today. You can always upgrade your plan as your team grows.

Your cloud remains fully usable until the end of your paid subscription period. This gives you plenty of time to back up or export your data.

After the subscription period ends, your cloud installation and all data will be automatically deleted.

You can request cancellation and deletion directly through the Portknox App in your Nextcloud.

Don't want to wait that long? You can also request immediate deletion of your cloud through the app – all data will then be removed right away.

We follow a fair-use principle. A temporary or slight overage is no problem – we won't cut you off immediately.

If your storage or user count exceeds your plan significantly or for a longer period, we'll reach out and ask you to upgrade to a larger plan.

Tip: Set sensible quotas for your users to avoid unexpected overages – especially the recycle bin and file versions can consume more storage than you'd expect.

If you live in the EU or Germay, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing your subscription – no questions asked.

To claim your refund, simply contact our Support team. They will cancel your subscription and process the refund for you.
