Portknox at #DUTgemacht Münster: Nextcloud in the Spotlight

On Thursday, August 20, 2026, Portknox will join the next #DUTgemacht Münster meetup. From 4:30 to 6:00 PM, the Lernstudio at Münster's public library (Stadtbücherei) will focus on Nextcloud and how we can use our digital data and services more independently.

#DUTgemacht Münster brings together people and local initiatives who want to make free, privacy-friendly, and European alternatives to major international platform providers better known and usable in everyday life. This is exactly where Portknox comes in: as a Münster-based provider, we have been running independent Nextcloud hosting from Germany since 2012.

Portknox founder Steffen Lindner will be on site and looks forward to personal conversations about Nextcloud, digital sovereignty, and practical paths toward a more independent digital future.
