The security update has been installed. Your clouds are now being reactivated step by step.

Timeline:

• 14:00: All clouds were taken offline as a precaution. We then prepared to install the update.

• 16:00: The patch was released and we then installed it.

• From 16:05: We began reactivating the clouds step by step.

Dear Portknox customers,

due to announced PHP security updates, we are taking your Nextcloud offline today, 21 October, as a precaution. In doing so, we are following Nextcloud’s recommendation to take instances offline until the security update has been installed.

Once the patch is available and we have installed it, we will bring your Nextcloud back online. That will be after 16:00; we cannot give an exact time yet.

Security update: Nextcloud temporarily offline

Dear Portknox customers,

Due to upcoming PHP security updates, we are taking your Nextcloud instance offline today, 21 October, as a precaution. This follows Nextcloud’s recommendation to keep instances offline until the security update has been installed.

We will bring your Nextcloud instance back online once the patch is available and has been installed. This will be after 4:00 p.m. German time (CEST); we cannot provide an exact time yet.
